In a dialogue with Catholic school students in Rome, Pope Francis was quoted as saying they should never take the initiative in sharing their faith. He said, “In front of an unbeliever the last thing I have to do is try to convince him. Never. The last thing I have to do is speak.” Why would the pope say such a thing?
