Why You Should Never Eat Ramen Noodles

You certainly ate instant noodles at some point in your life, haven’t you? Instant noodles, or instant ramen, is a cheap and easy meal.

But have you ever stopped to think if it is healthy?

Instant noodles were created in Japan by Momofuku Ando, who developed a method to dry and fry noodles, which ensures an easier preparation and a longer shelf-life.

This seemingly good image of instant noodles was challenged in 2010 when a South Korean research team conducted a study on the effects of the noodles on our health.

After watching this video, I am sure that you will avoid eating instant noodles again, especially if you are a woman.
