White House: “We don’t have to approve it. They have the right to de-classify the document”

The House FISA memo is on track to be released by the House Intelligence Committee sometime in the near future. In the meantime, there are those that want it released and there are those who want the President to quash it. In this case, the President has no Constitutional authority to say one way or the other. He does have the influence of his position and he has the Bully Pulpit. He will have to wait like the rest of us for the process in the House to work itself out. As a spoiler alert, this is a House generated memo, and the origins of the information are still unclear. Will it actually be the bombshell advertised?
