Former White House advisor Michael Flynn had Obama White House authorization to talk to the Russian Ambassador. That tidbit just came from the Trump White House. Mr. Flynn is presently working a plea deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller over the charges that he lied to the FBI.
Even with all these disclosures, there is still no evidence of any collusion with the Russians by the Trump campaign. As far as Obama giving the go-ahead for contact with the Russians, that one already is being denied by some Obama staffers. Here is what is known today.
