Welcome back, Richest fans! More and more regularly, the ultra-rich are flocking towards the country of the UAE. More specifically, to the city of Dubai. But why are the wealthy doing this? And what is life in the populous city like for them? Well, that’s what we’re going to examine today. We’re going to explore some of the reasons Dubai is popular and the effect this is having on the city. Such as a spike in expensive house sales. We’ll also see some attractions of extreme wealth that grab tourists’ attention.
Now for the spoiler paragraph. If you like surprises, we suggest you stop reading and watch the video multiple times. We kick off by seeing a little of Dubai’s history. We’ll then examine some of the wealthiest billionaires that reside in the city and their eye watering net worths. Including Majid Al Futtaim. We’ll then see some of the incentives for why the rich are going to Dubai. One reason in particular makes it more appealing for the wealthy than living in New York city. We’ll also see the richest areas in Dubai. Including luxury houses in Palm Jumeirah. However, while the massive mansions have been having a great year, the same can’t be said for abodes in the iconic Burj Khalifa. Next is the luxuries tempting the tourists. Such as the Dubai police with the supercar fleet. One of which is an Aston Martin! Finally, we’ll briefly look at one of the most expensive apartments for sale in Dubai at the time of writing. A penthouse in The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences.
