At the final event of the World Surf League season, world number one Gabriel Medina edged out Australian’s Julian Wilson to take the Pipe Masters crown. The win solidified his second world title for Medina, who became the first Brazilian achieve the feat. Kelly Slater tied for third place but stole the show with a miraculous ‘Houdini’ tube ride. Manchester United manager Jose Mourhino is out of a job after two abysmal years with the club. No replacement had been named. RT America’s Steve Christakos reports.
