An attack at a U.S. Consulate in Mexico seems to fit the intelligence profiles of similarly planned attacks to take place around the time of Donald Trump’s inauguration as the 45th President of the United States. The attack itself looks to have the telltale signs of ISIS’ involvement with Mexican cartel henchmen.
