While appearing on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” with Brian Stelter, shooting survivor-turned-gun-activist and media darling David Hogg made a number of false statements about NRA national spokesperson Dana Loesch in a blatant attempt to drive a wedge between her and the five million members of the organization she represents.
According to a transcript of the interview, Hogg identified Loesch as the CEO of the NRA, which she isn’t. Brian Stelter corrected him on that, but Hogg continued.
“She’s national spokeswoman, and as such, she’s a national propagandist for the NRA. If you listen to her speak, she’s not really saying anything. She’s sounding positive and confident and that’s what she wants the people in the NRA to believe, her 5 million plus members. She wants them to think that she’s on their side but she’s not. She’s actually working with the gun manufacturers because…” he began.
“So you’re trying to
