Two refugees Henry Sanchez, 18 and Jose Montano, 17 were arrested on three charges each after both forcibly raped and sodomized a fourteen year old girl at Rockville High School in Montgomery County Maryland on Thursday. Montgomery County District Judge Eugene Wolfe refused to set bail for the two as they both pose a flight risk.
