Trump’s Law of The Land Enforced, Despite ACLU Challenge

 

President Trump’s executive order regarding Middle Eastern immigration has seen challenges from notoriously left-leaning groups such as the ACLU and more.

U.S. Customs agents are defying an ACLU-backed federal ruling regarding the President’s orders.

While the ACLU was successful in leaning on a federal judge in order to “block” the President’s executive order, (a concept just as absurd as it sounds), many U.S. Customs agents are flat-out ignoring the judge’s order, citing their duty to the President as Commander in Chief as the primary reason.

“The ACLU is getting ‘multiple reports’ that federal customs agents are siding with President Trump — and willfully ignoring a Brooklyn federal judge’s demand that travelers from seven Muslim countries not be deported from the nation’s airports.

“’The court’s order could not be clearer… they need to comply with the order,’ Omar Jadwat, director of the ACLU’s Immigrants Rights project, told The Post late Saturday.
