Trump takes nukes where arsenal hasn’t been since 1957

President Trump, whose bluster about nuking North Korea may have been the trigger for the closed regime to think about talks, and whose no-nonsense treatment of both Russia and China has befuddled critics, has taken the U.S. nuclear arsenal to a point where it hasn’t been since 1957, says a report in Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.

A low point.

According to documentation obtained by the Federation of American Scientists, the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile dropped to 3,822 warheads by last September and likely is about 3,800 by now.

“This is the lowest number of stockpiled warheads since 1957 … although the nuclear weapons and conventional capabilities that make up today’s arsenal are vastly more capable than back then,” reported Hans Kristensen.
