Theft of The Power Cord! Man in Scarface Shirt Steals Cable to Charge His Phone

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released footage showing a man allegedly stealing a power cable that he seemingly ended up using to charge his phone, then took off with it. Apparently the officers caught the man and got their power cord back.
