Dr Sandra Lee, aka Dr Pimple Popper always seems to find a large number of videos to cause us to feel disgust and joy at the same time and today’s video does not disappoint.  This cyst contains an amazingly large amount of dry pus that you may think will never end but it does.  This guy must have lost 5 pounds due to the removal procedure.

 Epidermoid cysts, also called sebaceous, keratin, or epithelial cysts, are small, hard lumps that develop under the skin. These cysts are common. They grow slowly. They do not cause other symptoms and are nearly never cancerous. Epidermoid cysts are often found on the face, head, neck, back, or genitals. They can range in size from 1/4 inch to 2 inches across.
