‘Serious Misconduct’ Of BLM Prosecutors Being Investigated After Bundy Trial

The Bureau of Land Management is now being investigated for  “Serious Misconduct” in the Bundy trial. The activities by the BLM prosecutors was what you might expect in a Third-World nation. The case against Bundy was so badly handled that the case against him was dismissed with ‘prejudice.’  That means that another case cannot be opened. It is one of the worse cases of withholding evidence that has been seen in a while. The Judge’s comments are brutal.

GOP lawmakers are looking into widespread abuse by Bureau of Land Management (BLM) law officials after the case against a Nevada rancher accused of multiple felonies was dismissed for “prosecutorial misconduct.”

GOP Reps. Rob Bishop of Utah and Bruce Westerman of Arkansas asked BLM Acting Director Brian Steed to investigate and report on the problems within the BLM that lead to a mistrial against
