When House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi was lecturing a group about how much she cares for the poor, she was called out by a heckler — and a visibly flustered Pelosi refused to answer the question about her own wealth.
Pelosi, it seems, doesn’t want the world to know that she’s one of the wealthiest politicians in the United States.
Yet there she was at the podium, lecturing that regular Americans should pay more in taxes.
At least one lady in the crowd wasn’t having it — and exploded when Pelosi invoked Martin Luther King, Jr’s name.
“It can’t possibly be a statement of values for us to talk about, as Martin Luther King said, ‘God never intended for one group of people to live in superfluous inordinate wealth while others live in abject deadly poverty,’” Pelosi said
