A British mother was arrested and jailed after she reportedly asked her partner to rape and impregnate her 12-year-old daughter.
The mother and stepfather admitted to plotting to use the girl as a surrogate after the mother learned that she was unable to have children. The court learned that the girl became pregnant as a result of the rape.
Judge Andrew Lockhart harshly addressed the mother and stepfather in court, according to Daily Mail:
