Mexico and US Reach Bilateral Trade Agreement

The US and Mexico have reached a bilateral trade agreement marking a significant step forward in reshaping elements of the North American Free Trade Agreement. Canada was notably left out, with the Trump administration saying they would like to re-title NAFTA as the US Mexico Free Trade Agreement. Mexico and the US came to an understanding after five weeks of furious negations, but with Canada left out many questions still remain. RT’s Manila Chan reports.
