Massachusetts state Rep. Michelle DuBois has tipped off illegal aliens about upcoming ICE raids. She said that she felt justified in doing this. I wonder if she has ever heard of Obstruction of Justice. She said that because it’s on her personal Twitter page, she can post anything she wants to. She left out an important part of that. She can make any LEGAL post she wants.
She deleted all of the comments on her Twitter postings because she didn’t like what the said. That part is legal. But she also offered advice on dealing with ICE, including not to open your door.
