North Korea announced that they won’t proceed with nuclear negotiation talks unless the US changes their position on disarmament. Negotiations between the two nations have been at a stalemate since February, when the meeting between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un was called off over what the US described as “excessive demands” after Pyongyang requested sanctions relief. Now Kim has is requesting the US give up demands for disarmament, as his nation recently conducted two short-range missile launches.
