Judge Jeanine Slapped With Lawsuit By Black Lives Matter Activist

Judge Jeanine is being sued by a Black Lives Matter activists for reporting on what the activist did. The activist is DeRay McKesson. This all stems from protests in Louisiana against the 2016 shooting of Alton Sterling. Sterling was a known violent offender by the police.

McKesson was charged with inciting violence against the police, but charges were dropped. He was also sued by a police officer who was injured during the protest. Mr. McKesson claims that he was defamed by the Judge. FOX news has responded that they will defend the Judge with vigor and protect her under First Amendment rights.
