In certain counties in the State of Missouri, Federal help has been about all that some residents can stand. You all are familiar with how a postal address can sometimes seem a little far-fetched. Your address is determined in some ways by the Post Office that delivers the mail to your home. Some residents in the Show Me State are served by an Iowa Post office. Look at all the problems this causes these poor residents!
