Professor Jonathan Van Tam has outlined how the regular development and approval phase for a vaccine has been accelerated due to the Coronavirus crisis.
He was speaking at a Downing Street news conference, where he was joined by Professor Wei Shen Lim who spoke about the possible priority list for the vaccine.
