India is seeing a record spike in coronavirus infections during a second wave that is seeing people left outside and emotions are running high.
The hospital in Delhi, Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital has seen seven tanks of oxygen shared for 70 people.
The state has reported 330,000 new cases in a single day jumping from 314,000 previously which both are new daily global record.
