Congressional Expert Says North Korea is Prepping For an EMP Attack

While the rest of the world is tracking North Korea’s nuclear program, one expert points to an entirely different threat and one that North Korea could actually pull off.  An EMP attack.  That stands for Electromagnetic Pulse.  Dr Peter Vincent Pry says that North Korea has moved two of it’s satellites in perfect position to deliver an EMP attack.

What does an EMP attack do?

An EMP is a high-intensity burst of electromagnetic energy caused by the rapid acceleration of charged particles.
