People, farming and fossil fuels are the biggest culprits in the excessive production of methane gas.

A new report from the UN says if we’re to reduce the earth temperature by 1.5 degrees by 2040 we will have to reduce the production of methane which is worse for the environment than carbon dioxide.

The analysis was carried out by the UN Environment Programme and the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC).
