CFPB Whistleblower Drops Extremely Serious Charge On The Agency

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has a whistleblower saying that there is fraud afoot. According to Wikipedia:

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is an agency of the United States government responsible for consumer protection in the financial sector. CFPB jurisdiction includes banks, credit unions, securities firms, payday lenders, mortgage-servicing operations, foreclosure relief services, debt collectors and other financial companies operating in the United States.

The CFPB was set up to act independently. That does not to be working well as it has performed to enforce the liberal ideas of finance. Now they have been accused of fraud. That is due to lack of oversight. Here are the sordid details.

As Written By Jazz Shaw for Hot Air:

So who is in charge of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) these days? At least according to one judge, it’s Mick Mulvaney. But the former leader, Obama appointee Richard Cordray, is going to have some questions to answer, likely in front of a Senate investigative panel. The Washington Free Beacon
