The San Francisco-based U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, also affectionately known as the 9th Circus for its always liberal rulings, took a swipe at President Trump again. Once more they are placing restrictions upon the President’s travel ban from certain Middle Eastern countries. There is activity in other Federal courts (everybody suing about something) that must be resolved before this can be considered. Here are the details.

A federal appeals court moved to limit the scope of President Donald Trump’s travel ban Friday, ruling that the restriction should not be applied to those with a “bona fide relationship” to the U.S.
