Why would the Feds be getting ready to issue 4,000 orders to seize weapons? It seems that the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) was not being fed up to date information from some of the other agencies.
That came to light after it was discovered that the Las Vegas shooter was allowed to be licensed and he should not have been. A dishonorable discharge from the military is a disqualifier. This is how the Feds are going to remedy the situation. However, it comes with a danger. Read on.
