US Deploys Second Aircraft Carrier

The United State Navy aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson has been operating in the area of Japan and Korea for a while now. The USS Ronald Reagan has left Yokosuka, Japan and is now in route to join up with Vinson in that area. They will exercise and train together and simultaneously send a message to North Korea.
