The New York Times used up an extraordinary amount of “Mulligans” in its story trying to defame K.T. McFarland, former deputy national security adviser to Donald Trump. They were flailing about as they tried to tie her to General Michale Flynn, the Russians, and lying to Congress.
The NYT kept changing the story and accuse McFarland of lying to Congress about Flynn’s contacts with a Russian ambassador. After you follow the timeline of headline and story changes, you will see why the President is free to go on Twitter and point out Fake News. heck, this is more like False News.
This article also points out an NYT article from a few days ago. It was in a similar vein and was also a great example of mainstream media bias.
