Another accuser of Judge Roy Moore seems to be suffering from major credibility issues and appears to be a criminal on top of it.
Tina Johnson is one of the women who claimed that Moore groped her in his office decades ago, but new court documents raise serious questions about her accusation.
It turns out that Moore represented Johnson’s mother in a very nasty custody case over Johnson’s then 12 year-old son,
Daniel Sitz. Johnson’s mother revealed that her daughter was unfit as a parent, absent and mentally unstable. She took her son from his elementary school against his will at one point. Johnson’s mother was awarded custody of the boy.
An affidavit from Johnson’s mother accused her of having a “violent nature” and noted that she “has been treated by a psychiatrist when she was approximately 15 years of age.” She had her son while in her teens.
