A veteran judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals says that he is not “particularly interested in the text of the Constitution.” Not only has he recently come out against the validation of the Constitution, but he gives lectures about the subject to different colleges around the country. Richard Posner, the judge in questions, says that he “see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution.”
Richard Posner, a judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals and senior lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, has come forward and denounced the importance of knowing the Constitution.
