Kathleen Sebelius has been around for a while now. She has been the Governor of Kansas and the former secretary of Health and Human Services. She has been a good Democrat and all that. In the unfolding of all the sexual harassment charges moving through all levels of the media, Hollywood and government circles, Ms. Sebelius has had an awakening of social consciousness.
