Does Hillary get any credit for the #metoo sexual harassment revolution?

This article about the sexual harassment revolution in 2017 will not go where you think it will go. It makes a point that Hillary Clinton is involved, but only because she was defeated in her run for President. It also points out that women did not feel free to speak out until Donald Trump became President. Here is how the President gets some kudos for things that he did.

TIME Magazine announced last week that its 2017 Person of the Year was “The Silence Breakers,” beating out runners-up Donald Trump, Xi Jinping, Robert Mueller, Kim Jong Un, Colin Kaepernick and Patty Jenkins. “The Silence Breakers” are women who have “summoned extraordinary personal courage to speak out about sexual harassment at their jobs.”
