CAIR’s terrorist background a problem in San Diego school lawsuit

A lawsuit that was filed back in 2017 and the Conservative Firing Line reported on, has reached the headlines against, where the plaintiff’s attorneys argued in court papers filed Friday, that Terror ties and “hostility toward Israel” are directly relevant to a civil suit challenging the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) work with San Diego public schools.

The lawsuit was initiated by the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund (FCDF), which advocates for religious liberty, sued on behalf of Citizens for Quality Education in San Diego (CQE-SD), San Diego Asian Americans for Equality (SDAAFE) and several parents.

The Investigative Project on Terrorism reported:
