Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms wants a mulligan on bump stocks?

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms is going to take a little heat off of Congress by reviewing whether or not Bump Stocks should be considered illegal. The bump stock provides a machine gun type of effect and was used in the Las Vegas shooting. It was a way around the laws against machine guns. This review should be a no-brainer for the ATF, but they should see that the effect violates the intent of the law. This will not be popular with strict 2nd Amendment supporters, but it is a reality.
